The 2009 Bonneville took on a 1970s look with short mudguards, upswept megaphone silencers, a lower and narrower seat with a white logo and lightweight 17 in cast wheels. The 865 cc twin uses fuel injection with throttle bodies shaped like carburettors, built to meet Euro 3 rules. It remained the approachable, relaxed entry to the Modern Classic range.
